Kelsey Schiltz, LICSW

I am so thankful I was called to work with individuals on their path to healing and mental well-being. I specialize in trauma and grief but work with a wide range of issues such as anxiety, interpersonal relationship conflict, infertility, motherhood and parenting. As a licensed social worker, I like to address the multiple systems (mental, emotional, physical, relational and spiritual health) involved when I provide solutions and support to my clients. I believe all of these aspects impact an individual’s overall well-being. My practice is to take a client-centered, strength-based approach. Special Note: Therapy Dog Koda is a friendly Golden Retriever therapy dog who may be present in the office during appointments. She helps create a calm, supportive atmosphere and provides comfort and companionship to clients. If you have any questions or concerns about Koda's presence, please let me know!
